Bay Area Travel, Inc. takes pride in being a three time recipient of the MTMC (Military Traffic Management Command) Quality Service Award. In 1997 the award was presented to Bay Area Travel, Inc. by General "Monty" Montero at MacDill Air Force Base.
Continuing to demonstrate the highest industrial standards in Government Travel earned Bay Area Travel, Inc. a second MTMC award at Robins AFB in 1999. This second MTMC award was presented by Major General Privratsky to Brian Lee, President.
2002 marks a second award for the Bay Area Travel, Macdill AFB team. They have once again proven themselves to be leaders in the Military travel services arena.

Bay Area Travel, Inc. provides a full range of travel services including airline reservations and ticketing, hotel and rental car reservations, meeting planning, travel management reporting and U.S. Government Services. Recently, Bay Area Travel, Inc. has been approved by GSAC (General Services Administration) as an approved provider of travel services to the government.
Travel requests are accepted by walkup, phone, fax, e-mail and the Bay Area Travel, Inc. web site Travel Request Form. For your convenience, we have an online US Government Travel Profile that takes just a few minutes to complete and send to us online. In preparation for the upcoming DTS (Defense Travel System) move to online travel, Bay Area Travel, Inc. has been tested on the systems and is currently providing DTS transactions to government travelers.
